COBRA Self Defense Program

OKKA Mullica Hill is proud to be a licensed COBRA Self-Defense center. COBRA is a self-defense program for Teens and Adults who wish to learn real world practical self-defense techniques.   The COBRA program is modeled after the training received by Police, Correctional Facility Guards, and Armed Forces Recruits at their respective boot camps. The program is PRACTICAL, fun and truly engaging.

Academy Programs
The Academy based programs are typically 20 hours of instruction spread over 10 weeks however.    We teach basic, intermediate, and advanced Self Defense techniques. The program spans basics content such as wrist hold, choke, and headlock escapes up to and including edged weapon and firearm defense. The program is taught in a hands-on scenario based manner and provides easily learned techniques for students of all abilities.   It includes training on what to do if knocked to the ground by a "Bad Guy"  

Short Duration Programs

We offer 8 hour Survival Camps, Corporate programs, and private small group programs as well.

Cobra Fight Systems - On going training
Interested in an on-going program that combines the fitness and self-defense aspects of martial arts without the bowing, yelling and uniform?   Cobra Fight Systems takes our licensed award winning internationally known curriculum and puts it into weekly classes.   - No Gi (uniform), Belt, Bowing in / out etc.   just self-defense techniques, fitness components, and even a little bit of fun.   CFS classes are restricted to participants 16 and older.   The program is taught two nights a week (Tues and Thursday)
