About Us

Welcome to OKKA in Mullica Hill.   As a new or perspective student, you may have questions about our school, the curriculum, or other aspects of our program.

History and Background  

The Mullica Hill school was opened in September 2011.  We moved to the current location at 33 South Main Street in August 2016.   We are one of four schools that are part of the OKKA program in this area.  We have sister schools in Pitman, West Deptford and Logan.   

Philosophy

We develop character and confidence; teach Focus, Discipline, Respect, and Martial Arts to students of all ages, ability, and interests.

We have structured our approach to focus on the whole student. At OKKA, physical fitness and martial arts skills are paired with programs for character and life skills development, and academic achievement.  

Our Student Creed

I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything that could reduce my mental growth or my physical health.

I intend to develop self-discipline, in order to bring out the best in myself and in others.

I intend to use what I learn in class constructively and defensively, to help myself and others, and never to be abusive or offensive.
